1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if you choose) a profile picture via Google OAuth. We also collect career-related information you voluntarily provide — resume content, work history, skills, and job preferences — to power the AI features of the platform.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide DRIVN's services: tailoring resumes, generating cover letters, scoring job fit, and building your career profile. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate DRIVN:

• Anthropic (Claude) — AI resume tailoring and cover letter generation
• Google (Gemini) — Job parsing, scoring, and profile extraction
• Neon — Database hosting
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Resend — Transactional email
• Stripe — Payment processing

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our database. There is no recovery after deletion.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. For any data requests or concerns, contact us at drivn.company@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
