DRIVN is an AI-powered career platform that helps job seekers tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and manage their job search. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring accuracy before submitting to employers.

3. Credits and payments

DRIVN uses a credit system. Free credits are granted on signup. Additional credits can be purchased via credit packs. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Use the platform to generate fraudulent or misleading application materials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API
• Impersonate other individuals in your profile or applications

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. Deleted accounts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

6. Disclaimer

DRIVN does not guarantee job placement or interview success. AI-generated content may contain errors. We provide tools to assist your job search — outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability

DRIVN is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
